Event Management

From the concept stage through promotion, materials production, logistics and staffing, PHNI produces events ranging from technical meetings to media and public outreach presentations, panel discussions, and launches.

USAID Internal and Professional Development Workshops
PHNI has coordinated five USAID regional State of the Art (SOTA) meetings in Latin America/Caribbean, Asia/Near East, and Europe and Eurasia, including negotiations for onsite logistics, registration and agenda development.

External Public Information Events
PHNI has coordinated design, strategy, logistics and outreach for several media and public events, including Africa Malaria Day and World TB Day.

Exhibit and Conference Support
PHNI has exhibited on behalf of USAID and served as representatives of the agency at national and international conferences, including:
