Knowledge Resources Management
The Knowledge Resources Management (KRM) team works closely with the Applications Development unit in order to provide top quality resource tools to the client.
- Business Analysis
Before systems are built, KRM works directly with the client to understand user needs, gathering and documenting all business processes. The knowledge obtained from working so closely with the client allows PHNI to be involved through all stages of development and team members often recommend courses of action.
- Data Collection & Quality Assurance
PHNI performs data collection and quality assurance activities for a number of databases. Data collection includes the integration of multiple information sources into a single system and the collection of primary financial data. Business rules are vigorously applied within all systems to improve the value of the data collected. To further enhance quality assurance, PHNI conducts regular reviews of data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Data Management
PHNI manages financial and statistical information on behalf of the client in order to provide both primary and secondary data resources. Data management includes systematically updating and validating data, evaluating data sources, efficiently organizing information, as well as providing analysis on data collected.
